  6. Important details • Two test booklets • Each test is 1.5 hours long • You get a break (with snacks provided by us) in between. • There is NO make up test. If you miss it, you write it next year!!!

Dialogue • Mr. R. said to Ms. Bell, “So, how do you think this is going to go with the preparation for the test?” • Ms. Bell replied, “Lets first see how we should get through this presentation.” • Mr R. became increasingly nervous after she said this. He was remembering the last time he did a presentation and everything fell apart. • He quickly texted his best friend Barney, “I can’t believe I am working with this person. She seems clueless.” • He turned to Ms Bell and said, “That’s probably a good idea.” • “It doesn’t sound like you are very confident,” replied Ms. Bell.

Be prepared • Get a good night’s sleep • Eat a healthy breakfast (with protein.) • Bring sharp pencils. • Leave your dictionary and your cell phone at home at home (you cant use it.) • Get to school on time. • Relax! • Answer the questions you find easiest the first. • Check all your answers.

  22. What happens if I don’t pass? • You write the test again next year • If you are not successful twice you can take the OLC course in grade 12!
