  3. Signing in to Diet Analysis PlusStart at http://www.cengage.com/login Click “Create My Account”(& “Returning Users” in future)Click “Student”

  4. Step 1: Enter the code that accompanied your book or you purchased online at iChapters.com Complete your account and school information in Steps 2 and 3

  5. Click on Diet Analysis Plus

  6. On Your First Visit: Enter the Course Access Code from your instructor & create your Primary Profile

  7. Complete the Activity Questionnaire to assess your activity level

  8. Diet Analysis Plus Homepage Track your diet via either link

  9. Tracking Your Diet: Select the date and start entering foods

  10. Tracking Your Activity: Select the date and enter in the activity

  11. Generate Reports: Select Reports tab and choose report Print Reports

  12. Complete Labs: Click on Labs Tab and choose assignment Print and Email Labs: Click on icon next to lab after completing assignment
