  2. Peoria Sports Complex 05/24/14*Guest satisfaction/loss of revenue At 6:33pm the will call line was across the parking lot. There were staff outside but none were directing people where they needed to be. A girl from the box office eventually had to come out and direct some people, but the staff outside just watched as the guests just sat in a non-moving line. With nearly 30 minutes of wait time, there was a loss of concessions sales and a poor way to start an event that had less than one thousand in attendance.   4. Peoria Sports Complex 05/24/14 *Guest satisfaction/loss of revenue At 6:46pm this stand was open, but had no front counter staff present. There was one guest in front of the event check specialist, but the only staff in the stand seen was a cook in the back. The specialist walked away to check other stands without getting served. Peoria Sports Complex 5/24/14*Health and safety issue At 7:00pm this hot dog was served a 113 degrees. * All potentially hazardous foods, shall be maintained in such a fashion as to prevent the growth or development of bacteria. When holding foods for service, always remember to keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold. Hot-holding equipment must be able to keep foods at a temperature of 135ºF or higher…..   6. Peoria Sports Complex 5/24/14*liquor violation No where in the venue was the required Department of Liquor signs. These signs are required to be within 20 feet of each point of sale. This violations could be subject to a penalty of up to $500 per violation. Based on 20 points of sale that could be a $10,000 fine. *An off-sale retailer or an on-sale retailer shall post one or more signs on the premises where spirituous liquor is sold that clearly warn pregnant women of the dangers of consuming spirituous liquor during pregnancy.   7. Peoria Sports Complex 05/24/14*Safety issue At 7:14pm ECS specialist found air tanks unsecured in the stand. In addition to the unsecured tanks they were all empty. While one of our specialists were taking this picture a guest ordered a fountain soda and the co2 was out thus the guest complained the soda was flat. The concessions worker stated they needed to change the tank; however since those were all empty one need to be brought from the warehouse, 11 minutes later still no co2 had arrived and the guest was still waiting for his soda.
