  2. Description • Customers may use Punjab National Bank's net banking services to perform a variety of tasks online. The following is a step-by-step protocol that Retail Users and Corporate Users must follow:  • Transferring of funds to your own PNB account   • For retail users and corporate users   • Sign into your online banking account.  • Go to 'Transactions,' then 'Own Accounts.'  • Then, from the corresponding dropdown boxes, pick the account from which the money will be transferred and the account to which the money will be transferred to.  • After that, enter the number and hit the ‘Continue' button.  • Then, to complete the payment, enter the transaction password and press ‘Submit.

Transferring of funds into another PNB accounts  • For retail users and corporate users   • Sign in to your online banking account.  • Select ‘Transactions', then ‘Within PNB.'  • From the dropdown boxes, choose the account from which money must be transferred and the recipient to whom the money must be transferred. If no beneficiary has been specified, you must choose one from the drop-down menu.  • After that, type in the number.  • By default, the transaction date would be the current date. In the case of future purchases, you will adjust the transaction date.  • The frequency of the transaction may be chosen if the transaction needs to be done several times. Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or yearly intervals may be chosen. The number of installments must be entered.  • Continue by clicking the ‘Continue' button.

Transferring funds into another PNB accounts   For retail users and corporate users   • Sign in to your online banking account.  • Select ‘Transactions', then ‘NEFT/RTGS/IMPS.' • Next, choose the account from which the funds must be transferred and the recipient to whom the funds must be transferred. If you haven't already done so, add a beneficiary.  • Fill in the number. 

  6. Payment of Credit Card Bill on the PNB Net Banking Portal • PNB account holders can use the net banking platform to pay their credit card bills. The credit card, however, must be linked to their account. Customers of PNB may also use the auto-debit feature to pay their credit card bills. This facility, on the other hand, allows you to pay either the minimum or the total sum due. Customers of PNB must also complete the request form in order to receive avail of this facility.   • PNB account holders can use the NEFT facility to pay a variety of credit card bills.
