Anti Air Warfare Type 45 Destroyer (AAWD) Current IPT involvement and projected RN first of class build at Scotstoun.Potential for eleven further vessels BAE SYSTEMS holds the Prime Contract for thefirst three vessels. The Type 45s are planned to enter service between 2007 and 2014. BAE SYSTEMS Marinehas submitted an unsolicited bid to buildall 12 Type 45 destroyers.

Commercial Shipbuilding and Repair 3 Clean Products Tankers Build Programme completed at Barrow 1997/8 Work undertaken on two Super Seacat Ferries in Dry Dock Facilities at Scotstoun during 2000. Govan is building a 75m Anchor Handler Tug Supply (AHTS) vessel and bow fabrications for a second similar vessel during 2001. Thames Fisher / Humber Fisher / Mersey Fisher Anchor Handler Tug Supply (AHTS) vessel
