  • Compare previous years
    • i.e. Increased participation by 30%

  • Evaluations/Surveys- specific activities/events/programs
    • Pre/Post surveys
    • Exit surveys
    • Check AIMS to find out what questions to ask
  • Observations
    • Incorporate workshops and competitions together (i.e. Broiler Bar-B-Que)
    • Utilize competition outcomes
    • Volunteer leader observations
    • Parent testimonials

  • Make sure to show what 4-H provides to the community
    • Youth involved with your program
    • Adult volunteers involved
    • Community Service hours- both youth and adults
