  2. Fernald, Ohio, Visitors Center Identified by Tom Traceski as a LEED Platinum building.

  3. Completion of the LM Business Center • GSA will complete the LM Business Center, which will have 150,000 cubic feet of record storage. • The LM Business Center will be LEED Certified to the Gold level and will be occupied by the end of calendar year 2009.

  4. LM Sites • LM currently has 84 sites located in 27 states and Puerto Rico. • Sites transferred to LM • EM closure sites. • Uranium mill tailing remediation control sites, about five sites per year. • Thirty-one uranium leases with base royalties of $500,000 and expected production royalties up to $10 million per year.

  5. Upcoming Plans • Working with EM on a DOE mercury storage facility. • Reuse plan for photovoltaic outgrant at the Bluewater, New Mexico, Site. • Have identified three parcels of land for disposition • Two sites in Monticello, Utah. • One site in Grand Junction, Colorado.
