Take prospective buyers or renters to see property. • 4. Mediate negotiations between the buyers and sellers. • 5. Ensure all terms of purchase contracts are met.

  3. Work Environment & How To Become One : Another occupation is Appraisers & Assessors of Real Estate. You can work up to more than 40 hours a week. High School Diploma, has to take a test to get a license, & yes you need a license , a Real Estate one. The qualities you need to have are independence, interpersonal skills, persuasion skills, and problem-solving skills.
