Behavioral Health Education Collaborative A Grassroots Collaboration: Tucson Indian Center, Pima County One-stop, University of Arizona Behavioral Health, Carondelet Health Network, Community Partnerships of Southern Arizona, Dependable Health, COPE Behavioral Services, Project HOPE, Pascua Yaqui Tribe, Pima Community College, and many others

  5. Helping others to find their path! Behavioral Health Specialists 18 credits – 9 months

  6. Behavioral Health Consortium A Grassroots Collaborative Organize the Chaos: Educational Pathway Limitations but Push: Entry-level but with advancement. Market: First cohort graduated 11 (January 2013 – August 2013) Cohort 2: 18 students (July 2013 – March 2014), Cohort 3 (February 2014 – Nov 2014). Community: An Employer has become part of the student exploration of the field and provides benefits!

Building Pathways to a Brighter Future Behavioral Health Consortium A Grassroots Collaborative Unexpected Outcomes: To Date: 80% On-time Completion (1 student left program); 83% employment or continuing education (80% in field); 4 students received promotions! Program growth 25%. Employers provide raises based on participation.
