  2. Directorate of Public Works We provide and maintain all utilities such as Electricity, Water, Waste Water, Heating and Cooling Services, Refuse Collection, and the Garrison Recycling Program.

  3. Directorate of Public Works • The DPW oversees all construction projects on post which are coordinated through our Engineering and Construction organization and Master Planning office.

  4. Directorate of Public Works • We maintain all Roads and Grounds throughout the year.

  5. Directorate of Public Works • The DPW is the organization who provides the maintenance workforce that maintains the facilities and post infrastructure.

  6. Directorate of Public Works • The Housing Office is a division within the DPW and is located in building 1520 as well. They manage the barracks and assist in finding housing off Post.

Directorate of Public Works • Contracted services that assist Operations and Maintenance are: • Minor Building and Utility Repairs (<$3K) • Grass Mowing and Landscaping • Building Custodial Services • Appliance Repair • Swimming Pool Maintenance Services • Window /Building Exterior Washing • Underground Potable Water Leak Detection • Vehicle / Equipment Repair • Operational Supplies and Repair Parts

  8. Directorate of Public Works • Contracted Services that assist Engineering and Construction are: • A&E Design Services • Large Scale Facility Repairs or Construction (>$3K) • Environmental Assessments • GIS Development / Maintenance • Planning, Programming Document Preparation
