  5. Effects of Dehydration on the Boxer • Decreased alertness • Decreased concentration • Slowed reaction time • Increased tiredness or fatigue • Headaches • Impaired exercise performance

  6. Tests for Dehydration • Tenting of the skin (the skin remains elevated after being pulled up and released)
