Learning Outcomes: Know the skills, techniques and tactics required in selected individual sports Know the rules and regulations of selected individual sports Be able to assess own performance in selected individual sports Be able to assess the performance of other individuals in selected individual sports.

Court Descriptors • Baseline – The boundary line at each end of the court • Service Line – The line across the middle of the court • Singles Side-lines – The line that marks the edge of the singles court • Tramlines – The area between the singles & doubles side-lines • Service Box – Area where the serve must land • Centre Service Line – Separates the service boxes • Net – Separates the players halves of the court
