Draft Planned Unit Development Code • The review process for a PUD is highly discretionary compared to a conventional subdivision • There is an increased opportunity to consider innovative proposals and set conditions related to design elements, building and lot layout, landscaping, open space, recreational amenities, impacts to adjacent properties, etc.
