  5. Benefit to the Company:- Highlights :- Installations of N Computing in QSMT. Replacement of Hard Disk of 2SO Computer in Under warranty. Replacement of HP Laptop Adapter of DCA in Under Warranty.

  6. Testing of N-Computing:- Done by RohitKumar & Kuldeep Chadha We have Successfully Installaed N-Computing in QSMT after getting approval from MD Sir after successful testing in Class room NIC. We have installed all necessary software & working properly. From this we have saved the cost of 5 computers which around 1 Lacs & also saved the cost of Microsoft Licence around 1.5 Lacs. Satisfaction report of users are attached below: Below is the comparison chart of saved amount. Points reflects to mission – Benefit to the company

  7. Replaced HDD of 2SO in Under warranty: Done by OpinderKrishen We have successfully replaced HDD of 2SO Computer on dt.27th Mar’14. Actually we got complaint from DCA sir that the Laptop of 2SO is not working, when we checked Laptop and found laptop is under warranty. Immediately we logged complaint & inform to company for replacement of HDD. Below is Satisfaction report of User: Points reflects to mission – Benefit to the company

  8. Replaced Adapter of DCA Sir in Under warranty: Done by OpinderKrishen We have successfully replaced HD Adapter of DCA Sir on dt.22nd Mar’14. Actually we got complaint from DCA sir that the Laptop is not working, when we checked and found laptop adapter is not working & is under warranty. Immediately we logged complaint & inform to company for replacement of HP laptop adapter. Below is Satisfaction report of User: Points reflects to mission – Benefit to the company

Installations of MPLS VPN:- Done by Deepak Kumar & Manvi Sharma We have get installations of MPLS VPN connectivity in below mentioned stations on dt. 15/3/13, We have tested link & is working properly.   11. VPN Connectivity of 75 sites of Reliance:- Done by Deepak Kumar & Manvi Sharma We have release d a PO to Reliance Communication Ltd after hard discussion on dt.18/3/14 for 75 feasible sites. In this we have get PO final on OT=40,000/- & saved Rs.75,000/- for 75 locations. This installations will be completed in next 45 days…. Below is the PO & Sites of 75 Locations:- Points reflects to mission – Constant Improvement

  12. Installations of Biometics in NCO:- Done by DushyantKohli We have successfully installed Biometics Machine in NCO on dt.17th Mar’14. Attendance data of IA, NFU, NLU & NCO staff are stored in Biometrics software. From this company will get accurate information of attendance & leave record. Changed Layout of Fast-Track:- Done by Nitin Sharma We have changed the layout of fast-track MIS website as advised by MD Sir on dt.13/3/14…From this users can easily get informations whatever changes be done in hardware and softwares….Its also be benefits that before going on any changes, we can see what we had changed in previously..   14. Hurdles:- • IP Configure in IPBAX Machine. Solutions: We are facing lot problems during inserting IP in IPBAX machine for access of out of stations. But with the help of sify team we have done this successful. 2. Testing of SQL Express 2008. Solutions: We have successfully tested SQL Express 2008 , we are facing lot of problems, but after hard testing we have tested CTRACK & Finance Software.

  15. Future Plans for Mar’14 Proposal of New Server. Dedicated server of Mails. N- Computing Satisfaction report & Upgradations. Proposal of New Internet Link. Installations of VPN in LDA, KGR & HSP. Installation of VPN through Reliance. Online UPS batteries for servers. Networking wiring in JNL. IP Phone and IP Cameras in Branches. Redesigning of Nitco On line Bug Page.
