Availability and Requirement of EVMs • 524 Control Units and 1048 Ballot Units are required with 5% reserve for 499 polling stations. • 548 Control Units and 1048 Ballot Units available. • 1 Control Unit and 1 Ballot Unit under conflict • FLC of these units stands done. • 20 Control units and 20 Ballot Units kept separately for training purpose.

Security Plan • District Security cover divided into 16 zones and 61 sectors. • Each zone be headed by zonal Magistrate along with, gazette police officer. • Each sector to be headed by Sector Magistrate supported by NGO police officer. • At each HS polling station one section of CPMF shall be deployed along with micro observer. • In all these PS there shall be deployment of ½ section of CPMF. • Rest there shall be ____ QRT at centrally located places • Rapid action force shall also be deployed at sensitive localities. • Police station and Tehsildar will be active in their area of operation and shall also be overall incharge of law and order in their area.
