  6. Food • Buffalo • Later they ate roots • Seeds • Fruits • Acorns • Pecans • Rabbits • Skunks • Rats • Rattle snakes • turtles

  8. Religion • One creator • Many gods for everyday life

  9. Interesting facts • Apaches and Comanches pushed the Tonkawas • out of the Great Plains • Chose war chiefs • Friendly people
