  3. Database Overview • The method has to be seen as an instrument for logistic-process-controlling. The award is an appreciation for the continuous process improvement of the LSPs. Targets: • reduction of costs • process quality • best technology • innovation • high service level • best information

  4. Who use theFreights &Loads Exchange? Freidat Freight & Truck Exchange is used by all the companies who are interested and engaged in vehicle transportation and logistics sectors. • Export / Import companies, • Manufacturers and commercial firms, • Manufacturing firms having domestic transportation, • International transportation firms, • Transporter firms engaged in domestic transportation • Forwarder companies

  5. LOAD Growth • USERS Target: • 2008 - 250+ carriers using Freidat • 2010 - 1000+ carriers registered on Freidat • 2008 - 160000+ vehicle movements • 2010 - 360000 vehicle movements • 2008 - 55 customers. • 20010 – 125+ customers.

  6. FreiDat West & Eastern Europe • 70 sub transporters in the Region states • Increased volumes from Western Europe to Eastern Europe and Russia • Greater understanding of the traffic flows throughout the former Soviet Union.

Freidat Strategy • Aim: to be the key player for loads and vehicle movements in the region within 2011 year. • Globay logistics can support large or small local carriersandclients throughout this region. • Aim to develop Globay in Western Europe, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus in thefuture using local skills and experience. • Opportunity to develop Globay Logistics IS infrastructure (e.g. growing market for IS systems in East Europe and Asia) • To introduce the Freight database concept ahead of other carriers doing the same. • Ability to offer multi-modal vehicle transport with partners in the region including road (more further - rail, sea and vehicle storage).

  8. The Immediate future • Continue developing the business and brandname in the European market. • Aim to be the first e-port of call for logistic solutions to Local retailers and auction houses. • Working with local carriers we want to develop new routes and partnerships.
