    3. District Philosophy We believe all children can and will learn. We believe the relationship between the teacher and the learner requires a commitment to learning by all parties involved. We believe the school should actively develop a partnership involving parents and community.

Fine Arts Participation 100 student high school choir 67 student high school band 40+ high school students in the fall play 80+ high school students in the spring musical Fine Arts/Visual Arts is a requirement for graduation. 100 % of North Iowa Middle School and Elementary students participate in vocal music 75% of North Iowa Middle School students participate in band

    16. Extra-curricular Participation 84% of all students at North Iowa High School participate in at least one extra-curricular or co-curricular program. 85% of North Iowa Middle School students participate in at least one extra-curricular or co-curricular program.

    17. North Iowa Conference Code of Conduct Initiated by the North Iowa High School Student Council. Developed and supported by the student council representatives throughout the North Iowa Conference. Communicated to the students, school boards and communities by the student council representatives from each school
