  2. POPULATION • Australia has population of over 24 million which is ranking 52nd in the world. However Australia is Word’s 6th largest country with size of 7,686,850 kilometer. Over 85% of Australians lived in urban areas and nearly 70% lived in our capital cities.

  3. Sydney Harbour Bridge • Along with the Opera House, the Sydney Harbour Bridge is one of Australia's most famous tourist attractions. It was completed in 1932, 40 years before the Sydney Opera House.

  4. Bondi Beach • Only 15 minutes by car from the city center, Bondi Beach is home to one of the oldest surf life saving clubs in the world. It's also a great spot for a seaside stroll or picnic, and crowds of tourists and locals gather here to celebrate Christmas.

  5. AUSTRALIAN DOLLAR • The Australian dollar is the currency of the Commonwealth of Australia, including its external territories Christmas Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, and Norfolk Island, as well as the independent Pacific Island states of Kiribati, Nauru, Papua New Guinea, Tonga, Tuvalu, and Vanuatu.

  6. FAIRY BREAD • Sliced white bread is cut into triangles, smeared with butter or margarine and covered in hundreds-and-thousands rainbow sprinkles, which sticks to the bread for a bright and multicolored treat.

  7. RELIGION • Religion in Australia is diverse. Section 116 of the Constitution of Australia of 1901 prohibits the Commonwealth government from establishing a church or interfering with the freedom of religion.
