  2. Learning Intentions • To listen and participate actively in a “Fish-bowl” conversation on leadership • To further your understanding of your inquiry topic / question

  3. Quick Write What is one small thing you did? Or, what was one small thing you are thinking of doing? How did it go? Or, how do you think it will go? Take five minutes to write

  4. Pair Share: • A/B Partners: Determine who is “A” and who is “B” in a “leadership sort of way” e.g. I am “A” because I have a Type A Personality • 3 Minutes for “As” to share • 3 Minutes for “Bs” to share

  5. Fishbowl Activity Three chairs: one for Sue, one for Peter, one for whomever would like to join the conversation Everyone else sits around the three chairs Conversation starts with the questions from last time Feel welcome to sit in the empty chair After a few minutes, feel welcome to “tap” on one of the three participants to take their spot

  6. Reflective Write • What did you learn? • How was it impacted your thinking (on your question/ topic)? • What’s next? In other words, how can you continue to grow your question / understanding? e.g. Is there something you can read, someone you can talk to, something to view, something to do?

  7. Round Table Share • Each person gets 1-2 minutes to share

  8. Homework • For next session, Monday, April 22nd, act on your plan to grow your question/understanding.
