  15. Get FRIENDS! • Local businesses • Village hall/ Chamber of Commerce • Park district • Residents If your friends find your content relevant, they will engage with you!

Engage your audience Once you have created your Page: • Invite people (or other Safe Communities) to become a fan of your Page • Ask them to add your page to their My Page’s Favorites • Ask your fans to suggest your page to their friends • Encourage your fans to engage with your site • Friends will ‘Like’ or ‘Share’ your wall post – helping to spread your messages!
