Event Management Case Study – Global University Summit • Commissioned in November 2012 for the event to take place in May 2013 • WES travelled weekly to meet with organisers at Warwick for the 6 months prior to the event • We built the website and a delegate registration system was implemented • A team of 3 from WES supported the event over 45 days for pre-event management support • A team of 5 provided 3 days of onsite support in London • A huge success! • Shortlisted for ‘Best Managed Event’ at the Conference Awards June 2014
