  2. Use computer Depending on the operating system you use, the computer can relatively take a longer time to take the back-up than iCloud. Follow these steps to continue: Connect for your devices with a USB cable. If you are using macOS Catalina 10.15, then open Finder. For Windows (any version) and macOS Mojave 10.14 or earlier, open iTunes. Click on Trust This Computer option or manually enter your iPhone password. Then find your iPhone SE on the computer and click on Encrypt Backup to save health and activity data. Create a password, then click on the Back Up Now option.
