  3. PARASIMPATIS (cholinergic) Di sebut cholinergic karena S.Parasimpatis memiliki neurotransmiter ASETILKOLIN (ACH)

  4. 2. SIMPATIS (adrenergic) Di sebut adrenergic karena S.Simpatis memiliki neurotransmiter ADRENAL dan NORADRENAL ATAU EPINEPRIN dan NOREPINEPRIN

  5. NEUROTRANSMITER danRESEPTOR

  6. PRE-GANGLION neurotransmiter Parasimpatis dan Simpatis memiliki neurotransmiter yang SAMA yaitu ACETHYLCOLINE (ACh)

  7. POST-GANGLION neurotransmiter Parasimpatis ACETHYLCOLINE SimpatisNORADRENALIN atau NOREPINEPRIN

  8. RESEPTOR • Reseptor CHOLINERGIC (PS): Terdiri dari NICOTINIC dan MUSCARINIK NICOTINIK terdapat di semua GANGLIA dan SKELETAL MUSCLE (otot rangka)

  9. MUSCARINIK (M) M1 : beberapa kelenjar M2: Jantung M3: Otot polos, kelenjar Reseptor MUSKARINIK terdapat di: Otot polos ( GI track, bronkus) Otot Jantung ( meningkatkan detak jtg) Kelenjar (Exocrine merangsang sekresi Kel. saliva) Terdapat juga di OTAK

  10. 2. Reseptor ADRENERGIC • α1 (Post-sinap): mempengaruhi otot pembuluh darah • α2 (Pre-sinap): jika terstimulasi akan meningkatkan siklus AMP intrasel • β1 (post-sinap) • β2 (Post-sinap)
