  11. Platform capabilities support updates | Key updates • WPG PHP upgrade as part of PCI remediation activity completed and deployed into production environment at Carrolton DC. Work in progress for upgrading Austin DC upgrade • WOL 18.0 MR2 release to production on Aug 26, 2019. • There is spike in license signing issue after launch of AS2 version 2.11 , team proactively fixed 600+ license sign in issue . Escalated to developers for resolution and root cause, awaiting information from developers • WOL team is working to incorporate additional field in support form to route “back content” issues directly to team responsible for those issues also improvement in support form to redirect the tickets for RDS and RPM team correctly as we have been receiving a lot of misrouted tickets • Service Now queue consolidation for CWS and SPA support team and migration of ticket into new queue : Complete • Implementation of script to automate VCH reports in AS2 application : Complete • Implementation of script to automate processing for failed BPM instance in AS2 application : Work in Progress • Automation fix for the GPS Pnumber issue resulting better customer satisfaction & incident reduction : Complete • Middleware component upgrade for RGGBPM & PTO prod servers as per Wiley compliance • SVN restructuring for WPG : Complete • Automation of FMS tagging to manage internal FMS data is being developed: Work in progress

Program is running with 4 Agile Teams. Per Program Incremental Exercise for Q2 followings are the major goals for each team: Post Production Enhancement Team: UI changes on Efficient Learning Product listing Pages to increase traffic on the courses. Misc. SEO Updates along with few critical issues like CPA free trial issue, DB size issue etc. DEV Team 1: ALM Integration for User Management and ‘My Account’ for TLH for December Release. DEV Team 2: Wiley.com Shopping Cart and Checkout Journey Migration to Hybris from Legacy Cart (only North America) – Target DEV completion and Code Freeze – 09/09 LH Team: Focus on 4 Iterations (3 weeks each) to complete TLH development by October 15th. KEY MILESTONES NEXT STEPS – For This Week PPE Team – CPA changes working session with business completed. Now in UAT. Sprint 6 Development in progress. Major features are a POC on PLP & Performance Tuning, Spinning wheel issue, DB size issue. Concur expenses had specific limits to be corrected for each currency before posting them to SAP. Special Handling instructions had to setup between Ariba and SAP to classify invoice documents. To support upcoming Project DEAL customers  for  A S 2.0 ecosystem, mentioned ESB changes needs to be implemented As part of ftp.wiley decommissioning, MFT File Transfers setup from DataSalon and EBAC to BI for periodic data extract lookup files, Quickissue for renewal and billing notices to UK customers, GPS(Planning system) to BI/BPS systems for planning and forecast data KEY MILESTONES NEXT STEPS – For This Week Release of inventory optimization interfaces for UK and VCH along with current US and Canada. To support VCH articles flow from PDH to JANIS for A S 2.012 and fix existing prod issues for PAF service Sending approved DNB data from CDM to SFDC To migrate the WLS account to salesforce completely and send to CDM 3. It will also create a center of excellence for RPA that will drive program execution with clear ownership and accountability.
