  5. What we have done since last meeting • Drafted a vision statement – nearly ready • Drafted Constitution • Forum application to the City Council – 12 weeks • Arranged date of AGM - elections

  6. What we are doing • Setting up local community groups • Continuing to consult – people and groups • Drafting objectives and policies • Comparing policies with Core Strategy • Addressing development that is imminent

  7. OUP Sports Ground • Meeting with OUP Facilities requested • Five Mile Drive/Jordan Hill area group just about to be kicked off to represent residents

  8. Elsfield Hall • Outline planning application imminent • Public meeting requested with Ox City Planners • Cutteslowe Park Area Group • social and community focus as well • Carparking issues around Cutteslowe Park
