Technical Specifications • Multiple standards support – Analog Broadcasting, DVB, ISDB, ATSC • Multiple input sources – ASI, IP, RF • Program insertion markers detection – DPI, DTMF, VBI • Splicing control mode – detects differences between source and destination feeds, controls splicing mismatch by verifying splicing SOM, EOM and DUR against program insertion markers or advertising schedule • Content search mode – finds content by user provided sample in the recorded and pre-processed feeds • Compliance recording - multichannel confidence recording in different user-configurable resolutions, bitrates, FPS, codecs

User Interface Q’ligent Scan provides a build-in very lightweight Web-based multi-language GUI, compatible with all major desktop browsers (IE, Safari, Chrome, Opera, Firefox), iOS and Android mobile devices Q’ligent Scan GUI connects to a centralized job-based engine and so provides a multi-user access with load-balancing and postponed job execution capabilities, so that user activities do not affect the system’s overall performance

Success stories Channel One Russia VGTRK • Tecom’sQoS and content monitoring network for Channel One Russia & VGTRK (Terrestrial DVB-T2 and analog, Cable DVB-C and Satellite DVB-S2), the largest Russian broadcasters, includes 62 regions (December 2013) and covers more than 80% of the Russian territory. By December 2014, the monitoring network will grow to 170 nodes and cover all 100K+ cities of the Russian Federation. Tecom’s Network Operations Center for Channel One Russia monitoring project took the lead position in the ranking of Broadcasting magazine for the year 2012.
