Import of products • Increased flexibility (General, NELFO, NOBB) • Calculation/handling of Purchase price, Cost and Gross profit • Stock-handling • Which information to update on existing products • Default values on new products • Import of EAN-number • General Import • NOBB • Quality improvements • Heavy testing to verify that all functionality works the same way in General, NELFO and NOBB.

Other improved / new features 1/2 • Wizard to update / change existing products • A lot of new opportunities • Return of goods – receipt • Increased flexibility in issuing credit notes • Possible to make a print of “return of goods” – receipt • Receive of goods • Possibility to print “Receipt of delivery “ when recording receipt of goods • Possibility to record multiple receiving of goods without closing the window • Additional options of sorting

Other improved / new features 2/2 • Handling of serial numbers • better query options • better reports • New report: “Aged analysis of stock” • Print of “Products which can be supplied” upon receiving of goods • Stock taking: • Search for EAN-code • Showing EAN-code • Inactive products: Link to an active product

  8. Sales Module • Rounding of sums • The rules for rounding now depends on: • Number of decimals • Net / Gross – setting • Credit stop / Credit limit • It is not possible to deliver goods to customers with exceeded credit limit or credit stop
