  3. Market Opportunities in Bulgaria • Approximately 10% of Consumed Oils become UCOs ~ 16,000 tons per year • Estimated 5,000 tons are currently being collected • Returns a potential 10,000 tons UCO for future collection initiatives 160,000tons

  9. OILECO - Plovdiv Region ANEC-96 Has stated their willingness to participate at a future time based on the success of the Black Sea Coast UCO Value Chain and has made preliminary agreements to provide UCOs to EKO ZORA

Varna - EKO ZORA • Signed an MoU of Collaboration with NATT • Participated in the Opportunity and Prefeasibility Studies • Discussed potential UCO strategies • Signed an MoU of Interest with local potential UCO value chain participants • Collaborated in the development of business plans for the processing facility currently under construction and the envisioned Black Sea Coast UCO Value Chain • Signed a formal agreement with local UCO value chain participants • Held meetings with local authorities with no success

EKO ZORA - Major outputs and Results • Has signed a formal agreement for the realisation of the Black Sea Coast UCO Value Chain • Has completed the construction of a 10ton/day UCO and waste oil processing facility • Has preliminary agreements for the collection and purchase of UCOs from the entire Black Sea Coast Regions in April 2015 and also the South Central Region through collaborations with ANES 96 expected towards the end of 2015
