Our Company • For years, we have been providing the European market with the most advanced tecnology for optical disc (DVD, CD-Rom, Mini-CD, etc.) repair – recovery of information lost as well as repair of disc reading problems due to diverse damage to the physical support. • Our repair equipment, and new models currently under R&D, are fruit of the cooperation between our Company Digitalia and the Japanese company ELM Inc., worldwide leader of diverse environmental technologies, such as the recovery of poly-carbonates. • As a result of this long lasting enterprising relationship, we have formed a new company called "Digital de Investigation Avanzada SL.", commercially know as ELM-Digitalia.

Intstallation at customer site: Technical Training (2 hours) User Training (4 hours) User manual in English. 2 year Warranty, parts and labour included for manufacturing problems . Replacement machine, in case of breakdown, only if more than 7 seven days are needed to repair the problem. Possiblity to have an ethernet connection for remote diagnosis and management. Possibiliy of a mantenance contract, according to our General Conditions. NOT included: IVA, IGIC, or any additional applicable taxes.   5. Delivery time: From FOUR TO EIGHT WEEKS maximum after receipt of purchase order and payment by a bank note to our bank acount.
