  2. RESEARCH METHOD OF PROJECT • Quantitative and Qualitative research (mixed method) method will be performed within the scope of the project. • Qualitative researchers aim to gather an in-depth understanding of human behavior and the reasons that govern such behavior. • Sample will be selected from 16central districts of Ankara province.

  3. RESEARCH METHOD OF PROJECT • The maximum variation method will be applied as the method of sample determining. • Accordingly, 2 elementary schools, 1 public high school and 1 vocational school will be taken from each central district. In this study 64 schools in total will take part.

  4. RESEARCH METHOD OF PROJECT • A School Principal, A DeputyPrincipal and Five Teachers working in these schools will be chosenfrom each school as samples. Accordingly, a total of 64 School Principals, 64 Deputy Principals and 320 Teachers will have joined this research.

  5. RESEARCH METHOD OF PROJECT • In addition, 16 experts responsible for quality development and working in the Central District Directorates of National Education will be interviewed . • Data will be collected via questionnaire from 320 Teachers, 64 School Principals, 64 Deputy Principals

  6. RESEARCH METHOD OF PROJECT • Interview method will be applied to collect data from 16 experts and semi-structured questions will be asked. • Likert-type questionnaire will be applied to teachers and school administrators.

  7. RESEARCH METHOD OF PROJECT • The data will be analyzed with qualitative and quantitative data analysis methods
