  2. Rules • 1. Enter and leave the media center quietly. • 2. Always have a library pass. • 3. Running and playing in the library is prohibited. • 4. Candy, gum, food, and drinks are prohibited in the media center. • 5. Bring back all materials on time.

  3. Procedures *When materials are returned they must be scanned and put into the drop box. *Make sure all items are checked out before exiting the media center. *Put all magazines and newspapers in their appropriate places when you are finished viewing them. *All chairs should be placed under the tables before leaving.

  4. What you need to know *2 books can be checked out *Materials are due within 2 weeks of checking them out. *Books can be renewed. *If you need to use a computer for a project you must have a note from the teacher. *Late fees are accessed at a rate of 10 cents per day. • *If you have fines from late year they must be paid before you can check out a book.

  5. What you need to know cont. • *The library operates on a flexible schedule. *You must have a library pass to come to the library. • *You must have an Internet User Agreement form on file to use the internet.
