Professionally, I….. • recently retired (Sept. 2010) after 32 years in education. • was a former ESE teacher and spent the majority of my career teaching mathematics in a middle school resource classroom in Palatka. The last 7 years I was an HRD Specialist with FDLRS/NEFEC . • have conducted numerous face-to-face workshops in instructional strategies, mathematics and differentiating instruction. • was the PDA Coordinator for FDLRS NEFEC and have facilitated the PDA Intro to DI module and other online courses on numerous occasions.

  3. Personally, I….. • am originally from Miami, Florida. I attended the University of Florida and lived in Gainesville for 9 years before moving to Palatka. • currently live in Belize; C. A. with my husband Michael and our dogs Frank and Shadow. We live on the tourist island of Ambergris Caye. • Enjoy doing anything outside. I also lift weights, read and sew on a rainy day! • love the island life (even type 1 personalities can relax!)
