Emergency Rapid Response Team • Emergency Preparedness Program • Provide first responders with enhanced interoperable communications for emergency response • Pre-hurricane season training • Pre-deployment satellite communications equipment readiness and testing • Deploy team to provide on-site communications support and spare equipment only upon a formal request by government and public safety agencies

Emergency Rapid Response Team • 50 fully charged, operational, and ready-to-deploy MSAT G2 go-kits • No cost to agency, but standard agreement for equipment loan/damages must be signed • Programmed with all National and Regional SMART talk groups • Three talk group channels reserved for local talk group customization Equipment Inventory

Emergency Rapid Response Team Deployment Capabilities • Equipped with the latest safety equipment as recommended by Federal USAR teams • Accredited First Responders by Virginia Governor’s Office with FIPS 201 compliant credentials • Ability to split into two groups for multi-pronged support teams • Self Contained and self sufficient with RVs and two weeks of food and water • Need only local assistance with access, security, and fuel • WE ARE COMING TO HELP WITH THE PROBLEM; NOT BECOME THE PROBLEM!!!

Emergency Rapid Response Team • On-Site Support • Provide mobile satellite service capability • Installation of loaned and customer-owned equipment • Advice/strategies to current talk group structures in order to maximize equipment functionality • Technical briefings, hands on training, and “just in time” training before the disaster
