  7. ORGANISMOS INTERMEDIOS (Regla 3 fracción XV) LOS APOYOS DEL FONDO PYME SE OTORGARAN A LA POBLACIÓN OBJETIVO A TRAVÉS DE LOS ORGANISMOS INTERMEDIOS. • CUYOS FINES U OBJETO SEAN COMPATIBLES CON AL MENOS UNO DE LOS OBJETIVOS DEL FONDO PYME • www.fondopyme.gob.mx • www.fondopyme.gob.mx

REQUISITOS PARA ACCEDER A LOS APOYOS DEL FONDO PYME (Regla 12) • el Organismo Intermedio • ESTE LEGALMENTE CONSTITUIDO Y SU REPRESENTANTE LEGAL CUENTE CON FACULTADES PARA ACTOS DE ADMINISTRACIÓN- • ESTE AL CORRIENTE DEL CUMPLIMIENTO DE SUS OBLIGACIONES DERIVADAS DE LA EJECUCIÓN DE PROYECTOS APROBADOS ANTERIORMENTE. • SI EL ORGANISMO INTERMEDIO ES UN SINDICATO PATRONAL (SP) • Copia de escritura pública en la que se acredite la constitución del SP o en la que se protocolizan sus Estatutos o la copia del Acuerdo de la Junta de Conciliación y Arbitraje sobre la constitución del SP • Copia de Estatutos vigentes del Sindicato Patronal; • Copia del Comprobante de domicilio del Sindicato Patronal; • Copia de Identificación Oficial con fotografía, y • Copia del Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC).

Evaluación de los Proyectos presentados a través de las Cédulas de Apoyo (Regla 17 a 19) La opinión técnica que se emita deberá estar debidamente fundada y se especificarán todos los elementos de evaluación previstos en las RO para determinar que el proyecto es susceptible o no de recibir los APOYOS del FONDO PyME
