  1. Why Purple Tea is the best? Purple tea is widespread in the mountainous region in it Kenya, Africa. After 25 years of research by the Kenya Tea Research Foundation, it was confirmed that this cloned black tea variety would be celebrated as a new substantial revenue. It was first discovered to grow hardy in the Rift Valley region and resists damage from frost and drought which is an ongoing issue in Africa. What's so great about the purple tea? It is known to contain a host of medicinal properties, as it contains more anthocyanins and lower catechins. Purple tea has a low caffeine content and is rich in antioxidants that provide anti-cancer benefits, improve vision, lower cholesterol and blood sugar metabolism. Purple tea has an infinitely more earthy and rustic flavor than normal black tea. It has an exceptional thirst quenching quality and is proven to reduce the risk of hypertension and cardiac arrest. The tea has a wonderful purple color that stems from anthocyanins and which make the tea more astringent. It is recognized as the next big thing in healthy skin care. A Japanese company also discovered that the ingredients of purple tea provide the following five benefits:  Good digestive function and fast metabolic rate, important for weight loss.  Anti-aging benefits  Helps even out skin tone  Oxygenation of the epidermis due to the presence of toxic scavengers  Helps prevent hair loss The best way to drink purple tea: Compared to green tea, purple tea is quite tasty. It is simple to prepare by steeping the tea leaves for 1 and a half minutes in a 60 degree Fahrenheit temperature. Lemon and honey can be added, if preferred. It works best when consumed before eating twice daily. Two cups per day are sufficient to obtain the precise dose. Results are noticeable after two weeks. Within a month, the whole body tends to feel healthier, less exhausted and look better. How you can create a beauty treatment using purple tea? Make a strong batch of the tea and add some freshly squeezed orange juice. Place it in a small container and chill. Use this fluid every day to tone your skin after washing.

  2. If you add bananas, this combination can also be used as a face mask for 15 minutes before washing.
