Recognition for Trainers in Job Plans How to make it happen??!! • Heads of School to lobby PGDs – put pressure on SHA / Medical Directors • Individuals put case to CD / MD citing PMETB / ISCP published guidelines with explicit support from Head of School • Lobby to ensure that there is a Board level champion, and use them!
