  3. 2nd Tip: Gain Involvement A trainer should: • Ensure that success of the program will benefits all the participants • Demonstrate ‘win-win’ solutions through participation • Try to allay fear by constantly recognizing participant’s contribution • Posses expertise in the program content • Design a suitable presentation for the participants • Increase credibility of his presentation by embellishing it with illustrations etc.

  4. 3rd Tip: Maintain Relationships • Ensure that all the participants communicate • Motivate the quiet students to participate • Set yourself as an example • Maintain your position and try to be supportive • Organize evening workshops and discussion forums • Always be credible
