  4. Access > http://rclayout.extranet.royalcanin.org > RConnect (new RC Intranet) > Sales Support Portal

  5. Access > Windows ID user & Windows password = RCAD access

  6. Access > You don’t have to wait! > Your account is automatically created as soon as you go onto http://rclayout.web.rcad.net/

  7. Advise > Have a mouse when using the website!

  8. Let’s go!

  9. > Click on OPEN > My layouts management

  10. > F11 button to be in full screen (useful when small screen laptop) > F11 button to desactivate full screen mode

  11. To start from an existing project

  12. > Search for an existing project > Select it in the list > Double-click or click on OPEN

  13. To start a project from zero

  14. > Start a new project from zero

  15. > Name your project > Start from zero (=Blank) > Or start from a model

  16. > Name the first stand of your project > Fill in the width in cm > Choose the range

  17. > Fill in the height & the depth for the first level

  18. To add a new level

  19. > Click on the right button of your mouse > Click on Add level 

  20. To add a stand

  21. > Use the tabs to navigate

  22. > Click on Stand > Click on Add a stand

  23. To put products on a level

  24. > Select your range

  25. > Select your format, hold the click & drag it onto the level

  26. Label associated to the level

  27. > The label gathers the main information of the level

  28. > Remain = Space available on the level in cm > -3cm is the maximum

  29. Colour code when dragging the bags

  30. > VERT = enough space to put the bag!

  31. > ORANGE= still fine but close to the limit

  32. > RED = not enough space

  33. >3 possible reasons: • - The bag goestoomuch onto another bag • Not enoughspaceremaining on the level (Remain < -3cm ) • The heightistoo short

  34. To manage the level functionalities

  35. > Click right on the level to access the functionalities

  36. Add a new level Put the bags to the right Put the bags to the left Justify Change the width of the level and stand Change the height & depth of the level Move the level up Move the level down Empty the level Delete the level

  37. To duplicate a product

  38. >Click on Ctrl & hold the click >Select the product with the left button of the mouse & hold the click to move the product

  39. To select several products

  40. >Draw a zone (here in blue). To do it, click on a point & hold the click to enlarge the zone. >You can move it or duplicate it (as for a product).
