  3. Assurance Plan • Significant dates: • ESBN to release Schema and Sample Messages 1st Sept 09 • Assurance Requalification window 1st Sept – 26th Oct 09 (8 weeks) • IPT Window: 26th Oct – 6th Nov (2 weeks) • Implementation Go live: w/e 27th Nov

Assurance Plan Assumptions: • ESBN release final version of schema and sample messages on Sept 1st • Requalification window is 8 weeks • IPT window is 2 weeks, approx 3-4 business days for each participant • Any participant who does not have a test MPCC will not benefit from IPT • SOLR Assurance outside of this plan

  5. Assurance Plan Comments to date: • Suppliers request that the IPT window moved to end 1st week in November. • Suppliers have an understanding of a 3 month implementation period from final schema release to IPT window • Suppliers’ concern for the limited development and implementation time factored within current plan • Confirmation required that schema released 1st September is the final version • Potential impact to next scheduled MCR release due to timescale slippage
