  10. COSTS ORANGE LEVEL: $ 950.00 BLUE LEVEL: $ 850.00 TRAINING TEAM: $ 450.00

  11. DISCOUNTS FAMILY: $100.00 off each child PARENT REP: $150.00 Jill Lucas Scholarship Due on or before January 4, 2010 ( 12's, 13's, 14's ONLY)
