We are currently strengthening our site Technical team and seeking to recruit a motivated and creative individual who has a strong character and exudes positive behaviours in line with our Company values to join our Technical team. The role will report directly to the Quality Assurance Shift Supervisor.This is a mobile, field based role and as such any applicants must have a full driving license and be prepared to travel. You will Quality assessments on raw material, WIP and finished product at source, i.e. in the field or suppliers pack houses. Provide support and coaching to the processing teams in order to improve product quality and yields. You will be committed to improving site KPI’s and ensuring that our customers are fully supported and will achieve this through an inclusive hands on approach. One or potentially all of the roles will require working with our Spanish grower for 6 months of the year either for the full duration or on a rota basis.
