The Winemaking Team Barry Bergman, Head Winemaker/General Manager, began his career at Toasted Head and is now in his 20th year Blake Kuhn, Senior White Winemaker, joined Toasted Head in 2000 and enjoys making wine in the Dunnigan Hills because he says, “We get the opportunity to generate our own discoveries.” Owen Smith, Senior Red Winemaker, joined Toasted Head in 1999 and has enjoyed the challenge of expanding Toasted Head’s red wine program

Core Tier • The Chardonnay has bold tropical flavors of peach, banana, pineapple which burst on the nose and palate with an abundance of toasty, spicy oak • The Viognier displays fresh, fragrant aromas of stone fruits, mango, nectarine, and honeysuckle • The Cabernet Sauvignon has flavors of cherry and cassis with firm supply tannins and toasty oak • The Merlot has flavors of plum, cherry, blackberry, fresh herb, vanilla, coffee and toasted oak • The Shiraz includes raspberry, blueberry, cocoa and cedar
