  6. Wendy’s knows that our bodies need healthy foods. They use fresh ingredients. The meat is high quality. Customers can order healthy choices. You can order a baked potato. You can order a garden salad. You can order apple slices. What if you want ice cream and not fruit? Wendy’s has created smaller sizes of tasty, high-fat foods, like the Junior Frosty. But, it is still fast food. Most fast food is not good for your body. It is high in fat. Wendy’s burgers are bigger than other fast food places. The “Single” burger has 33 grams of fat. It has 580 calories! That’s more fat and calories than most people should have in one meal. Over 12 million children are overweight. Their bodies have much more fat than is healthy. This could cause heart problems. Now, you decide: Is Wendy’s right for you, or not?
