  1. AYURVEDIC PRACTITIONERS – A NATURAL HOPE

  2. Ayurveda is a form of alternative medicine, the oldest healing science, meaning “The Science of Life” in the Sanskrit language. Ayurvedic Practitioners always suggest adopting Ayurveda as a lifestyle. Knowledge of Ayurveda originated more than 5,000 years ago in India. Its roots are from the ancient Vedic culture. Ayurveda tries to harmonize the external and internal worlds of a person.

  3. The Strategy of Ayurveda Given by Ayurvedic PractitionersYour Constitution and Its Inner Balance Ayurveda pays great emphasis on a person’s life by maintaining balance in the right thinking, diet, lifestyle, and the use of ayurvedic herbs. Knowledge of Ayurveda enables us to create a balance of body, mind, and soul. Both internal and external factors disturb this balance in our body and change one’s constitution from a balanced state to an imbalanced state. This imbalance leads to emotional and physical stresses concerning one’s emotional state, diet, food choices, work, and family relationships. Once these factors are understood, we can minimize their effects or eliminate the causes of imbalance and be able to re-establish one’s original constitution.

  4. Ayurveda Health Care suggests that balance is a natural order, while imbalance is disorder. Thus health is an order, and disease is a disorder. Within our bodies, there is always a constant interaction between order and disorder. When we understand the constitution of one’s body, we can still maintain a balance between order and disorder.

  5. Three Principle Elements of the Body by Ayurvedic Practitioners Ayurveda classifies three basic types of energy or elements that are present in everyone and everybody. In original Sanskrit words, these three elements are VATA, PITTA, and KAPHA. These elements can be related to the basic biology of the body.Vata is the energy of movement or flow; Pitta is the energy of digestion(Agni) or metabolism while Kapha, the energy of lubrication and structure. All humans have the qualities of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

  6. Ayurvedic Practitioner will guide you to balance your body, mind, and soul. We should understand how Vata, Pitta, and Kapha work together. According to Ayurveda, the entire cosmos is composed of five significant elements—Space, Fire, Air, Water, and Earth. In all, Vata, Pitta, and Kapha are combinations of these five elements.Vata is subtle energy associated with movement in the body — composed of Space and Air. It governs breathing, muscle and tissue movement, the heart’s pulse, and all flow in the body. Whenever Vata is out of balance, it tends to produce fear and anxiety.

  7. Pitta denotes the body’s metabolic system — made up of Fire and Water. It governs digestion, absorption, nutrition, metabolism, and temperature. When out of balance, Pitta arouses hatred, anger, and jealousy. Kapha energy forms the body’s structure – bones, muscles, tendons; it is built from Earth and Water. Kapha supplies water to all body parts and systems. It lubricates joints, moisturizes the skin, and maintains immunity. When out of balance, it leads to greed, attachment, and envy.

  8. Life presents us with many challenges and opportunities. Although there are many things over which we have little control, we can decide about diet and lifestyle. According to Ayurveda health care, It is essential to pay attention to lifestyle modifications to maintain balance and health. Diet and lifestyle appropriate to one’s body constitution strengthen the body, mind, and soul.
