Secondary legislation • GD no. 833/2007 on the organisation and functioning of paritary commisions and collective agreements; • GD no. 1344/2007 on the organisation and functioning of disciplinary commissions; • GD no. 341/2007 on the accesion to high ranking civil servants’ corps, career management and professional mobility; • GD no. 431/2007 on the 2007th annual Occupying plan; • GD on the civil servants’ professional training; • GD on the developpment and organisation of the civil servants’ career.
