  2. The Department • Ramside Catering used to run the catering at Macmillan in 1989 • Ramside sold the company to Granada. • In 2001 the catering was brought in house and under control of the Facilities Department

  3. Staffing • 25 staff in total • 1 Manager, 4 cooks and 20 catering assistants working various hours • Whole catering operation overseen by Facilities Manager

Biometric System • System purchase from CRB solutions • http://www.crbsolutions.co.uk/ • One of the best biometric systems for education on the market. • Works by taking a digital finger print. • This can then be linked to a number of other things through Biostore. • CMIS, • Library, • Printing, • Access, • Classroom registration and • Parent pay.
