  5. March 21st – 25th from 6-9pm Monday: Inflatable Playground + Scavenger Hunts (EB2 1025) Tuesday: Amazing Race (Riddick Hearth) Wednesday: Relay Races (EB2 1025) Thursday: Design-a-thon (EB2 1025) Friday: Bowling + Awards (EB2 1025)

  6. Free Stuff • Free Food Monday – Thursday • Free Activities • Free T-shirts • Cash Prizes • Daily Winners get $30, 20, 10 bookstore giftcards • Weekly Winners get $750, 500, 250 checks to organization • Sponsored by • Fluor, Norfolk Southern, Progress Energy

  7. Rules for Winning • Be fastest group at each activity Mon-Thr • Each team will be given points in ranking at each event • Complete Scavenger Hunt • Points given for correct answers (trivia, pictures) • Submitted via email • Tiebreakers: first to email completed scavenger hunt

  8. To Do List • Registering Online • http://students.engr.ncsu.edu/eweek/ • All participating members must be registered • Requirements • Attend at least 3 of the 5 events • Must have 4 members per event attending • Weekday prizes are awarded to four members • Groups can be larger!

Newsletter • 1-2 paragraphs portraying what you club has done this year • Include picture(s) • Given to incoming all ~1400 incoming freshmen in engineering and other students as well • Great publicity, exposure, and promotion • Required for appropriations • Send to Benton Riordan (wbriorda@ncsu.edu) • By April 22
