RFP Process • Desire to have one system K-12 • Meet the requirements of Race to the Top and LIIS • Large group brought together to evaluate options • 5 sub-committees • 46 members – 19 school based • Front-end user group (Teachers, school admins) voted to not even consider Performance Matters and Thinkgate as potential finalists

  3. Teachers will: • Enter grades • Enter attendance • Teachers can: • View student performance • Conduct online testing • Create lesson plans and curriculum maps • Track RtI • View ‘live’ information such as Lowest Quartile

  7. Drill into the pie to see the students that make up those numbers

  8. All users can create their own groups based on criteria or simply select • Reading level groups • Sports and Clubs Blue Reading Group

  9. Any groups created can be used to run reports on Blue Reading Group

  10. Curriculum module ties in teaching aids based on the standards

  11. Find questions and resources associated with specific standards

  12. Users can find and add resources that can help them • Rate resources to help others • Create a list of user specific favorites • Directly link resources to lesson plans and curriculum maps

  13. **Potential Implementation Plan Schedule** • On demand training and initial help on conducting online assessments • Monday, August 29th - EdInsight solution operational • Week of August 29th – Training select district level staff • Week of September 6th – Training of school level SPDMS trainers • Week of September 12th – Training of school level SPDMS trainers • Week of September 19th – Follow up training for district level staff and department leaders

Why should I be excited about this system? • True Lowest Quartiles updated daily • RtI tracking and reporting for both Academic and Behavior • Spend less time waiting for reports and then having to manipulate them in excel • Robust system embedding curriculum, resources, state tests, and progress monitoring in one place • Stop having to go to different places to combine various test scores
