  1. How is Intra-Cytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) performed? There are conditions when the hurdle in pregnancy is occurred due to male infertility factors such as low sperm count, poor motility or movement of the sperm, poor sperm quality, azoospermia or when the sperm lacks the ability to penetrate an egg. Under the circumstances the Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) treatment is recommended at the best ICSI treatment in Delhi because there is suspicion that achieving fertilization may be difficult with normal IVF. Sperm retrieval process during ICSI The collection of sperm from male partner who is suffering from low sperm count or sperm with low mobility is through normal ejaculation process. The microsurgical vasectomy reversal is an effective (cost-effective as well) method for restoring fertility in case the person has had vasectomy. If the person is reluctant of surgery or when microsurgical vasectomy reversal has failed, in this condition Needle Aspiration or Microsurgical Sperm Retrieval is better alternatives. Through the needle aspiration the doctor easily and readily procure adequate number of sperms needed for ICSI. In this process a tiny needle is used to extract sperm directly from the testis. Only an appropriate amount of sperm required for ICSI procedure is procured from the testis when the testicular sperm is unable to penetrate the egg itself.

  2. The clinic of ICSI treatment in Delhi reiterates that needle aspiration is a very simple procedure that can be performed under normal sedation with minimal discomfort to the patient. Though it has some potential tendency of swelling and pain after the needle aspiration procedure but there is nothing to be concern as it easily recovers. The ICSI procedure is very effective as a healthy sperm is directly injected into the egg. It has produced some good results as far as the treatment of male infertility factors are concerned
